Head of Community @ Mews
Sarah leads the community team at Mews, a series C-funded hospitality SaaS business, where, in January 2023, she launched the customer community which quickly scaled to +1,000 members. She played a key role in executing a partnership with Gainsight as part of the community project, and she’s also heavily involved in additional customer experience initiatives driven to make the customer journey with Mews a remarkable one.
Before joining Mews, Sarah served as the community implementation and team lead in Universe, an award-winning customer community helping customers learn and increase their ROI with the employee experience platform, Unily. Prior to that, she worked at Unilever to deliver an end-to-end marketing transformation program that connected brand teams, resulting in operational efficiencies and reduced business overheads. Sarah is known for building and implementing successful strategies designed to elevate the voice of the customer, drive brand growth and deliver operational excellence through the power of community.
